My Stories

My stories are inspired by the natural landscape and my personal experiences engaging with it.

'From mr Diaries' are factual accounts of those heady days when adventure was at the top of my list. There are a number of solo ascents of classic winter climbs that document personal moments in my life.

My writings around mental health issues are drawn from personal experiences. I have written them firstly to help me but in sharing, if they help just one person, then the process was worth it.
